We are keeping it short, good, and simple: buy a property in Italy through a contact partner present both in Italy and in Germany and avoid any language barriers. Italian Promise team/professionals will create/configure your property as your expectations/as you are expecting it: no work on-site, no contracts with local architects or craftspeople, no contractual or official handling difficulties.
We develop and market our own projects by ruling out a large number of problems for our clients from the start – classic problems that occur when handling a real estate transaction through an intermediary.
We have competent partners on-site, be it architects, civil engineers, craftspeople, tax consultants or lawyers. Our activity focuses primarily on Tuscany because there, we built a strong network of professionals.
We regularly look for interesting properties, supported by regional insiders. Then we analyze the relevant structural and legal conditions and develop an initial concept, the feasibility of which we will then discuss with construction experts, tax advisors, and lawyers. Only if it can be guaranteed that there won’t be significant processing problems to deal with, will we decide to purchase the property, through our Italian subsidiary. Then we manage the detailed planning for the necessary construction work: there is only one contact partner and only one contract partner.
